Prayer for Morning Light

It's Morning, Jesus
May the light of your sun not just light my world
But may the light of your word light my path
May the rain of your heavens not just replenish the earth
But may the rain of your Spirit cleanse me
May the principles and truths that set the cosmos in motion
Not just command sun and moon and stars
But have perfect reign in my life today
O sovereign and majestic God.
